SHIPPING:

Shipping is free (UPS Ground) for sample orders.

Orders placed through the website that are not sample orders will be billed separately for shipping.

If shipping is international, please do not purchase through the website, but instead contact us directly for a quote.

RETURNS

Pruskin Hardware is entirely handmade to order, and once an order has been placed, it is non-refundable.

I aim to make the highest possible quality work. With it being handmade, there is a normal variation, but mishaps do happen and can be overlooked. Please let me know if this is the case within 14 days of receipt.

If it is mutually agreed that an item has issues, a full return will be happily provided, and return shipping is free.
